3. Click on the file and right click.
4. From the right click menu select Open with.
5. Now, select Notepad to open the file from the list.
6. Now, in the file under the line 127.0.0.1 localhost add another lineas 127.0.0.2http://www.facebook.com
7. File > Save.
Now, open your web browser and try opening http://www.facebook.com
it will not load.
To unblock sites just do the opposite.
All Schools and Offices Do the same lol..
